Allenation Proclamation

Alright Guys,
Here’s the deal, I WILL go to this show(s) and I want you to come too! It is thanksgiving weekend, and the way I see it, that is definitely something to be thankful for.

We need to jump on this fast though, tickets are going fast and I want to get any hotels booked as well.

I got room in my car for 5 (including myself) and want to fill that up. If we get more than 5 who want to go, then we will work that out when we get to that point.

Please please please let me know ASAP if you are in so I can book hotels accordingly and I would appreciate your quick response – Please don’t be flaky either, if you say you are going I am going to plan everything on that.

You will need to buy your own tickets, but I will take care of booking the rooms – to split the cost later.

This WILL ROCK!!!

Below I have the tentative schedule of travel as well as a few different scenarios as to what cost would be.
-Leave early Friday the 26th (around 6 or 7 am) travel back Sunday the 28th.
-Tickets for shows: 2 night pass $99
Individual tickets range $18-$89 (you would need to get your tickets at ticketmaster and I will be going to both)
-Hotel for 4 (I’d squeeze 5 per room if we get that many) range: $75-$150 per night
-Gas $160 (that is my car – total trip estimate)

Per-person estimate: Total trip cost scenarios with 4 people who go:
-2 night pass with nice hotel: $250
-2 night pass with cheap hotel: $200
-Average 1 ticket price and nice hotel: $175
-Average 1 ticket price cheap hotel: $135
